Delivery

We ship all products via a national carrier on a three working day plan which operates from Monday to Friday.  At customers' request, and with adequate notice, we can also arrange delivery on Saturdays, next day and even on the same day though these methods are substantially more expensive.

Our delivered price covers zone 1 areas which is generally defined as mainland UK (except Highlands and Islands).  If you live in these excepted areas please rely on our buying power to obtain you the best shipping rates possible.  Please call us for price clarification if you would prefer.

Orders received before 1 p.m. are normally shipped the same day subject to stock availability.  We shall inform you if there is likely to be any delay.

Acceptance of delivered orders is by signature.  Please examine goods carefully for damage before signing any acceptance as it is difficult to make damage claims against carriers if they hold a signed acceptance that the goods were received in good condition.  Unfortunately carriers cannot accept "goods unexamined" or similar qualified signatures.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within four working days please contact us and we will immediately investigate and tell you the reason.
